Your data, plainly.

When you reserve VOLO: your email address, which button you signed up from, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, from an ad).

When you browse: we use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to see how the site is used: pages visited, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location (city or country), and the site that referred you. It uses cookies to do this.

To run the site: our host keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site. Our signup form briefly uses your IP address to block spam; we don’t store it with your email.

To send you VOLO launch news and your founding-customer offer, to learn which pages and buttons work so we can improve the site, and to keep the site secure. That’s it.

Only the services that run the site for us: our website host (Vercel), Google (Analytics and Tag Manager), and the email service we use to send updates. They process it on our behalf.

We don’t sell or rent your personal information.

Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits and tell new visitors from returning ones. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics everywhere with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@volofocus.com at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We’ll respond within 30 days, wherever you live.

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is kept under Google Analytics’ retention settings. We use reasonable safeguards to protect what we hold, though no website can promise perfect security.

This site isn’t intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, email hello@volofocus.com and we’ll delete it.
